The aim of the seminar is to help expecting, new and also not-so-new parents to choose how and where to sleep peacefully with their children, in a way which possibly fulfills the needs of the entire family.
In order to do so, during these two hours, we will talk about the physiology of sleep, the scientific evidence behind the sleep pattern of small children and also about the myths that are associated with that.
We will discuss different approaches to cope with sleep deprivation and some practical strategies to help you deal with bedtime and frequent awakenings with calm.
